Aboutus

Proodoscare was born out of pure love. A passion deeply rooted in the belief that every child has potential, regardless of their diagnosis or developmental challenges. For us, children are not defined by labels; they are full of possibility, waiting to be seen, understood, and supported with intention and care.

Founded by a certified ABA Practitioner with years of hands-on experience and a heart for neurodivergent children, Proodoscare was created to be more than a service, it’s a safe space for children and families. A place where growth is nurtured, not forced. Where interventions are guided by empathy, not pressure. Where connection comes before compliance.

At Proodoscare, we understand that behavior is communication. We listen deeply. We collaborate with parents. We train our team to meet each child where they are, and move at their pace. Our interventions are guided by evidence-based ABA principles, but more importantly, by compassion and respect for each child’s uniqueness.

We are proud to be a neuroaffirming practice, constantly learning and evolving. From play-based learning to family education, everything we do points to one mission:

To maximize potential. Not just in children, but in families, caregivers, and communities.

So whether your child is just beginning their journey or you’ve been searching for support that truly understands, you’re welcome here.

Let’s grow together.

Welcome to Proodoscare.

🌱 Our Core Values

At Proodoscare, our values are more than just words, they shape how we show up for every child, every family, and every session.

💛Compassion First

We see the child before the behavior. Every interaction is rooted in empathy, patience, and respect.

🌿Respect for Every Child

We support children as they are. We honor their individuality, move at their pace, and build on their strengths, not on expectations.

🚫No Harmful or Aversive Strategies

We never use fear, pain, or force. Our approach is ethical, gentle, and guided by what is safe and best for each child. Even when we use behavioral strategies, our goal is always support, not control.

🤝 Family Partnership

We believe families are the heartbeat of every child’s progress. We walk with you, listen to you, and equip you with tools that work at home, in school, and beyond.

🎯Purposeful, Evidence-Based Practice

We don’t guess. Every plan is intentional, data-informed, and tailored to your child’s needs and environment.

📚 Continuous Growth

We stay teachable. We learn from research, from neurodivergent voices, and from every child we work with, because growth starts with listening.
